Topic: Does Your PS5 Know When You’re In The Room ?

I don’t know what setting it is , or explanation , but does your TV brighten from the screen saver when you’re in front of it with the PS5 on ? Like , if you’re AFK , and like to leave your system on , but then come back and the TV goes from screen-saver , back to bright , without even pressing a button …

For me it's when picking up the dualsense

@nomither6 Both my PS4 and PS5 have done this to me. Sometimes it's when I pick up the controller, but on other occasions, it's brightened without me touching anything. I just figured that the sensors in the controller were super-sensitive, and that vibrations from my approaching footsteps triggered the response. I do live on the second floor of my building, as well, so my floors aren't as stable as the actual ground.

@RogerRoger yea , i thought it would be the controller picking up the vibration too . my ps5 is on a second floor so that just might be it
