@Kidfried Sounds good! Let’s go with that. And I’m really interested to hear your take on Kentucky Route Zero. I haven’t bought it yet but I have it on my short list to consider if it shows up at a discount.

@Arugula I've never been able to stick with just one game. Even if it's my favourite game ever, I'll get tired of it unless I'm mixing it up with other games.
Wasn't quite sure what to put on and ended up on this.
Gone with a Thief starting class and will probably stay a dex build. Got a Scimitar at the moment and I'm finding it pretty good so far. Moveset's unique.
I've just met Solaire, engaging him in jolly conversation after having beaten the Taurus Demon

@Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy A woman after my own heart. I am in the catacombs at the moment, trying to find the fastest way through without using the massive jumping from ledges technique to skip most of the area. I enjoyed beating the Taurus demon. Be sure to pick up the Zweihander from behind Firelink Shrine when you have a spare moment, as I am sure it will greatly aid you in your quest as a damsel somewhat far from distress.

I'd already found the Zweihander, not that it'll be very useful for a dex based build. Don't really use Greatswords all that much in the Souls series to be honest!
Good luck with your trek through the Catacombs! They certainly are a bit of a challenge to get through!
Hooray! I beat that annoying &@%^ with the chainsaw in Resident Evil 7. I hope there aren't any more bits like that in the game as I was close to just giving up on it.
I am currently playing Psychonauts for the first time. I have no idea "if" or "when" I'll finish, but since I paid $40+ on the physical copy and the game is fun, I might as well try.
@Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy@Kidfried I've just taken down Pinwheel in the catacombs, heading for Demon Ruins next with the Rite of Kindling and Mask of the Father, doing a GiantDad build again now, abandoned my Guts build. @Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy What weapon will you be using for your Dex build? Where are you going next? @Kidfried which area are you in, in the game now?

I've rung the bell of Awakening in the undead chapel @Draco_V_Ecliptic & helped a few people out with beating the Belfry Gargoyles. Might see trying about getting the rite of kindling as I've always wanted to get that early on
It's still early days so I'm still using the scimitar I bought from the hollowing merchant in the undead burg. No particular plan in mind as I go ahead... Might go an enchant it with magic or something?

Been playing more Out Run, and I'm starting to regularly get towards the end of Stage 4. Haven't reached the final stage Stage 5 yet, but I'll get there with practice.
Also in Yakuza 0, I've met Goro Majima. He's very amusing so far. I love the way he deals with troublesome customers at the club.
@Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy That sounds great, perhaps you will find it easier to get the Rite of Kindling after Chaos Witch Quelaag, if you don't want to wait until after Sen's Fortress and Anor Londo. I reckon the Uchigatana might be the best weapon for a Dex build, do you think you will pick that up from the Undead Merchant in Undead Burg? (You have to kill him, I think, in order to get it).

I'm currently trekking through Zeffo in Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, loving the game so far, so much so, in fact, that I can barely remember to take screenshots to share my journey with people.

Don't think I've ever really used a katana in any of the souls games @Draco_V_Ecliptic. I'll keep it in mind for sure (I'm sure there's a vendor somewhere I can buy one off rather then bumping that first merchant off) but I'm doing quite well with my curved sword so far.
I've beaten Queelaag now. A bit surprised at how quick it's taken me to be honest (just over nine hours so far) and I remember more about it then I realised.
I probably could've tried to take on the catacombs if I'd remembered where the Astora short sword was before bumbling onto it just. Definitely gonna go try for the rite of kindling before I tackle Sen's fortress. Might even try and do the Darkroot Garden too.
@Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy Hahaha, bumping him off, did you find Queelaag difficult? Sen's Fortress was the worst level overall for me, in terms of difficulty. But those balancing-beams in Anor Londo - Ugh! What was Miyazaki-san thinking there? Lol. It's interesting that you remember more about it than you realised, I often find that myself on subsequent playthroughs. Good luck trying to get the Rite of Kindling, Pinwheel (the legendary boss) isn't exactly difficult to deal with, but getting to him can be. Darkroot Garden sounds like a good idea. @Foxy-Goddess-Scotchy Will you kill the Moonlight Butterfly for it's soul/divine ember that you can give to Andre to take weapons up to +10?

Not really... Beat her first try @Draco_V_Ecliptic. I'm not finding the game particularly difficult (and I'm not overpowered or anything(I think)). It's mainly silly reasons why I've died like falling off a ledge or something.
I... completely forgot about all the other embers you have to get in this game to unlock all the different upgrade paths til you just reminded me there 😅
Looks like I'm going to have to grind to level up my crew for the final 2 stages in clan creator. I get to the final wave and the boss just annihilates them all. Going for the platinum but taking a break and started Dragons Dogma, getting serious Skyrim vibes from the opening of the game!
@MightyDemon82 I assume that’s Kiwami 2? Some of the later Clan Creator levels are ridiculous. I don’t think you need to do the second set of missions though. I’d had enough of them by that point.
And Dragon’s Dogma is a funny one. The combat is some of the most fun I had come across in ages but the story and voice acting are woefully bad. Thankfully, gameplay makes up for it. The pawn system is pretty neat too, if you don’t mind the same phrases being uttered by them constantly.
