So my PS4 stopped reading discs out of nowhere one day. I sent it to Sony to get repaired and they charged me $160 after tax. They couldn't repair it and offered me my refund instead. They said they automatically refund it after they send my console back to me. It's been three weeks today, and I still haven't gotten my refund. I called today and now they're saying it'll take a month or two for my refund. Has anyone had a similar situation? And if so, how long did it take for you to get your refund ?
Yeah, it is normal to take 6 to 8 weeks to get a refund from a corporation. Not speaking with experience of getting a refund from Sony but in other big businesses I have dealt with.
It is not a X button... it's a cross button. Because they are symbols not letters.
