Topic: God of War OT

So for all my hope of an early delivery, it looks like mine will be with me by 12pm tomorrow. Oh well, I won’t be starting it until Saturday anyway so there’s no great hardship.

Mine will be dispatched today so hopefully delivered tomorrow. I'll be trying to tidy things up in Bloodborne later ready to start GoW on Wednesday night but I've a few biggish things left to do such as the last dungeon and wrapping up all the endings. If it doesn't get done then it's something good to come back to after at least 😀

A little irrelevant but, what does OT stand for ? i've been wondering about this for a while now, but regarding Ragnarok i think i will start playing Thursday night.

Since the collector editions have a code now, rather than a disc, why can't they be released a day early, so I could preload the game and play at midnight like people who pre-ordered digitally?

How am I supposed to wait until after work tomorrow when people are playing it tonight? 😭

My copy is on the way and will be here tomorrow, but I'm still knee deep in Mass Effect 3, so I'm not sure when I'll start up Ragnarok.

Everyone enjoying Ragnarok so far? Wish I was home playing it rather than at work, but the 4 hours I played last night were fantastic!

@Kairu I'm glad I went in pretty much knowing nothing as everything I saw prior to release has already come and gone.

The opening was fantastic and the game just feels like it's just getting started. GoW 2018 truly was just a prologue!

The Jotnar edition box is actually HUGE, about the size of the PS5 box lol.

@Voltan yeah my Collectors Edition box was surprisingly massive also… Mjolnir is bigger than I was assuming it’d be and looks pretty cool fair play.

@colonelkilgore I believe both editions are the same size - mine just has a few more goodies inside
I'm not taking the hammer out yet - I'm picking up another couple shelves from IKEA tomorrow and I'll have nowhere to put it until then

Anyways, stayed up waaaay too late/early playing and it's been spectacular so far. Tears in the first 30 minutes lol!

Just finished a particularly tricky section on a game that has been hanging over me for months, so now it’s done I’ve started the install for Ragnarok ready to begin on Saturday. Gonna have two days away from gaming altogether now… and just let my anticipation simmer until Saturday morning. From there, it’s gonna be one almighty week for sure.
