Alien Isolation is well worth a look if you're a fan of the films. Slightly longer than it needs to be but something different and entertaining.

Wasteland 2 is a lot of fun too if you enjoyed Xcom. Well worth considering.

I'm enjoying The Escapists a lot. It's a nice change of pace from all the other games I own.

Do you really enjoy The Escapists? Even the later levels? I play that game now and then, but it's mostly a form of masochism to be honest.

Hired Guns on Amiga. It's a 4-player co-op cyberpunk dungeon crawler - with elements of first-person-shooters. It's f*cking beautiful.

There was a game idea here. It's gone now.

Jurassic: The Hunted (PS3): framerate is kinda bad, but the goofy characters and COD-style dinosaur shooting hits the spot for me!

Inversion (PS3): TPS with a pretty neat anti-gravity mechanic and a story with a two big plot twists that I reeeally enjoyed made for a surprisingly memorable experience!

Scourge Outbreak (PS3): kind of a generic TPS, but with enough little touches to make it unique (squad command, powers...but nowhere near the level of, say, Mass Effect), plus some nice character designs (and I use the word "nice" very loosely, but still in a good way). Honestly its not that great of a game, but if you like "bad" / generic games like this, it's one of the best, IMHO!

Rouge Galaxy (PS2) was a great game but a lot of people don't even know it exists

plus you can now buy it on PS4 as a PS2 Remaster
