my last suspension was 5 months ago for ''30 days'' but , today , i had a thought of ''what if i get reported again for old messages prior to my most recent suspension?'' , is my account still in jeopardy ? this is a thought i had today and it just really depresses me because it seems as if my account is basically over , and im really scared. fortunately the messages is between me and a IRL Friend i used to work with , the messages are benevolent and good-natured & is completely regular-talk between us two with just profanity being used and unfortunately our daily lingo is in violation of ToS if he were to report me (n word ending with ''gga'' and ''f-word" being used) .
again, this is me just panicking here ; we have no beef or anything and he doesn't message much but, it apparently seems he can have control over the fate of my account if he wanted to , if we were to ever have any issues. this is BS and it makes me sick to my stomach how paranoid i have to be about something like this , sony has gotten a lot more strict over the years and console-gaming as a whole is more ban-friendly than ever, and since my last suspension was ''30-days'' this next one i get is most likely permanent. id also like to mention that of all the messages , the ''reportable'' ones are from march 2020 , so almost a year ago.
what are the odds of my account being suspended/banned ? clearly live humans are reading the convos and can see there were no issues and just casual talking between only two people almost a year ago , right? i cant contact sony support because they're closed at this time.
again , its nuts i have to panic and think about something like this. i wish u could just delete messages.

i mean , i should'nt receive anything , because i had a suspension much later (as i mentioned) that was 5 months ago...it wouldn't make sense to ban for a past offense after serving a much later 30-day offense..that 30-day suspension should override and make-up for any prior offenses. if not, then its just not fair. my last suspension was 5 months ago and i havent done anything since ; its beyond my control and its not my fault anymore.
i already dealt with the consequences is my point!! i just had a suspension 5 months ago, that should make up for it , if it were to be reported! i learned my lesson so why deal with OLD CONSEQUENES ?
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view), Sony have a zero tolerance view on matters that breach their Terms of Service. I would suggest that if there was one instance that you were punished for, you could not be punished for it again. However, if there was a history of breaches of TOS that Sony were made aware of, you could be punished for those IF someone chose to raise them. There may be a time limit of when they could be raised I suppose, but who knows if they would go into that detail or care?
My suggestion would be to not behave like that moving forward. If you can't take the time, don't commit the crime.

@kyleforrester87 because its that severe right ? do you know how law works ? the analogy for my issue is not even close to murder , not even assault. that just goes to show you how strict their irrational regulations really are.
@Rudy_Manchego the point is , i took the time already. were talking about a hypothetical situation here of me being suspended for something i did a year ago , after i just served time 5 months ago. i havent done anything wrong since.
