Whenever I try to sign in to PSN, I get the message, “You cannot perform this operation with your account. You must ask the Family Manager to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.” What do I do? And yes, I’ve tried looking for the button to accept it, but I can’t find it.
I am having the exact same problem and I have been trying to fix it for hours now. I am afraid that I am gonna have to delete my main account and start all over again
