Topic: ~1 year old PS4 Slim turns on, then dies after less than a second

Hi guys, so this issue actually has already happened I think 5 times this November, and those 5 times are the only times that that has ever happened to me. When it happens, when I try to power up my console (bought last October 2019), it beeps once (as usual), blue light on the power button, then turns off after less than a second, no sounds, nothing, just the blue light turning off. My external HDD doesn't power on at all at this point. It won't power up again unless I unplug the power cord and plug it in again, only for the same thing to happen over and over again. Usually, I have to keep doing that until the console runs normally again, only for it to happen again like maybe 5 or 6 days after. Any idea why this happens? As of the moment, it's all good and running but I'm kinda scared that it'll lead to a long-term problem. Thank you!
