Sony is going hard on the discounts lately, and now there's a new Weekend Offer sale on the PS Store, just in case you didn't have enough to consider already.

As the name suggests, you only have from now until Monday 16th February to take advantage, so you might as well have a quick look, yeah?

It's a deal with fewer games in it than usual, but that's the way things go with these weekend sales. While not completely comprehensive, we've put together a quick list of some of the games included so you can have a gander.

Let's have a little peek at the Weekend Offer, shall we?

Borderlands: The Handsome Collection (PS4)

$9.99/£8.74 (-75%)

If you're after some co-op FPS action, the Borderlands games offer some top notch shooting and looting. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is a great deal, giving you access to Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, along with all the accompanying DLC. With a ludicrous number of possible weapons, some great sci-fi environments to explore, and some daft storytelling to pull you along, this series is a highly entertaining way to get your co-op FPS kicks.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake (PS5)

$7.99/£6.39 (-60%)

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake is overall a solid retread. The graphical and musical overhauls are spectacular, and the emotional heft of the story is intact, but the industry has left the title behind in a lot of ways. The control scheme is still pretty unique, and a rousing success in single-player, but the co-op mode comes with an asterisk. While it's a welcome accessibility inclusion, it fundamentally alters the experience, and not really for the better. Throw in some technical woes and you’re left with a remake that doesn't quite feel up to snuff in a modern setting. However, the core game was incredible for its time, and ultimately remains a moving tale in this refreshed version.

EA Sports Super Mega Baseball 4 (PS5)

$4.99/£5.49 (-90%)

While not the best baseball sim on the market, Super Mega Baseball 4 still manages to charm. Its goofy, fun presentation separates it from more straight-faced sports games, even with some real world all-stars putting in an appearance. Highly customisable and deeper than you might expect, there's lots of fun to be had here, whether you're a more casual player or a true fan of the sport.

GRID Legends (PS5)

$17.99/£17.99 (-70%)

Back when Race Driver: GRID blew up on the PS3, we doubt anyone could have predicted that GRID Legends would have an FMV campaign about a fictional racing league. Yet, here we are, with Codemasters’ latest take on an arcade racing franchise that has had its fair share of ups-and-downs since debuting in 2008. Ignore the ridiculous plot and there’s plenty of fun to be had here, with compelling use of the DualSense controller and accessible, responsive racing. The drop-in, crossplay multiplayer is nice, too.

LEGO DC Super-Villains (PS4)

$5.99/£4.49 (-90%)

LEGO DC Super-Villains is among the best LEGO games to date. Tread the unfamiliar waters of villainy in a compelling tale that is full of vibrant, trademark LEGO charm and topped off with fabulous voice acting — long gone are the days of grunts and muffled movie clips. Enjoy more of the same stellar LEGO-style gameplay from the perspective of a diverse range of villains, each unique and fun to play. Seeing a fully customisable character at the forefront of the story that can be enjoyed both co-op and solo sets a real milestone for the franchise while further accentuating the creativity of this LEGO title.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 (PS4)

$4.99/£4.31 (-75%/-91%)

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is a flawed entry in TT Games' ongoing series of plastic platformers, but despite those, there's still buckets of charm and plenty of fun moments to be had here. There are some repetitive elements, but if you're a fan of Marvel, and who isn't these days, there's so much packed in here, including a frankly ridiculous roster of playable characters.

LEGO The Incredibles (PS4)

$5.99/£4.31 (-90%)

You know exactly what you’re getting with LEGO The Incredibles. Even knowing full well you’ll be contending with dodgy controls, and occasionally repetitive gameplay, you’ll somehow find yourself propelled through the story by an overwhelming compulsion to pick up literally millions of studs along the way. Even stretching The Incredibles source material close to breaking point doesn’t put too much of a dampener on your time with the Parr family, and while it doesn’t come close the best the LEGO games have offered over the years, there’s just enough here to make you reach for your super suit.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 (PS4)

$5.99/£5.39 (-70%)

Star Wars Battlefront 2 really should have been so much more — especially after its predecessor delivered a likeable online experience in a galaxy far, far away. To developer DICE’s credit, though, the loot boxes are barely intrusive at all anymore, and the sci-fi gunplay is still great. Decent dogfighting and plenty of fanservice make this a game well worth playing.

Tales from the Borderlands (PS4)

$14.99/£11.99 (-25%)

When episodic developer Telltale, at the peak of its powers, announced it was making an adaptation of Borderlands, many were flabbergasted. While the Gearbox-created series had proven commercially popular, its loot system and co-op gameplay were what set it apart – not its often juvenile humour. Tales from the Borderlands, however, bucked all trends, bringing genuine depth to the universe and a cast of characters you actually wanted to root for. Not only was this one of Telltale’s best games, it’s also one of the best Borderlands games, too.

Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown (PS5)

$11.99/£9.99 (-80%)

Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown is an absolutely phenomenal driving experience when it works. Each car is unique and you spend so much time with them that you form a real bond with your machines. Races are hard-fought and the neon streets of Hong Kong Island fun enough to explore in free roam. Unfortunately, a variety of technical issues hamper the experience, and the lifestyle elements and overall atmosphere of Hong Kong Island leave much to be desired. While it has been updated to improve things since launch, it's still not perfect, but there's pleasure to be found driving your favourite car, just soaking up the road.

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure (PS4)

$4.99/£3.99 (-50%)

In order to build anticipation for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, Gearbox decided to release Borderlands 2 expansion pack Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep as a standalone game. Despite only offering approximately five hours of gameplay, a fraction of a traditional Borderlands campaign, this is a nice bitesized adventure that bridges the gap between its full-blown successor.
