Nfs unbound £20? Why is it showing at £23.99? Hogwarts can be found online much cheaper and gotham knights can be grabbed of ebay for aound £10-£15 if you want a disc version and dont mind a few grubby finger prints. Edited as nfs unbound is the palace edition so maybe thats why its showing at the higher price.

For all my games on my wishlist they show the exact same discounts at every single sale. And none of them are tempting.

Yet TLoU part 1 is still £52...

so many sales this year...not complaining, of course but really don´t remember it was like that last year or before. Is it possible that people in general buy less games because of ps+ extra/premium? I would not be surprised, to be honest...

Hmm... RE 4 might be worth a punt as been holding out on playing until the forthcoming PSVR2 update, but so many other games coming out, and Resi games are on offer all the time. What to do?!

Playstation store needs to do another sale for the Trails of Cold Steel games for a Fall sale.

So far I have Trails of Cold Steel 1.

Now if a Fall sale would go on for us here in the U.S. then Ill be happy to buy Trails of Cold Steel 2 for 19.99 or at least 9.99 which a 9.99 sale would be better

Hi All, I know we all look at e-bay, CEX, Game etc, - But you have to consider that purchasing 2nd-Hand / Used means no of your Cash is going back to the developer - admittingly you may Purchase DLC via the Store - Surely, (Yeah I know Stop calling me Surely..!) if there is a small difference in PS Store Sale over the 2nd-Hand / Used Market then we are better off putting our Money back with the Developer - we all want more games, so we need to assist, those who strive to bring us New Releases.

@Templedoom You are 100% correct. Second hand market is perfect for retro or out of print games but one should try to give a bit of money, even if is very little, back to the developers.

In addition to that, depending on where you live, if you order online you will face huge shipping costs, custom imports fees, import tax etc.

Get in quickly before the next sale on the 27/9 👍

This is actually a very short turn around for a digital sale, usually they run for a month before the next one... something coming, in the shape of a showcase/state of play? 🤔

@Templedoom something like used CeX games can also be good for buying a game used that you don't want to support like the recent no effort port of RDR1. I get what you saying though and you aint wrong. When a new game is good and lots of effort has gone into it there's so many that will day one it still or eventually get it new digitally or physically a few months later

Just buy Baldur's Gate 3 instead of anything in this sale, much greater value all round 😁

I have the same hypothesis because this is happening to me. I signed extra when it launched and, since then, i bought only one game ( tlou remake). Before that, i was buying more than 10 games a year and was signed to plus. Now, with half of my wish list in the service and other games that were not in the wishlist but i tried in the service and liked, Sony sure is not gaining the same money as before with me. I speculate that the plus price increase could be related to this.

So i dunno where you see them being "13.99"

and when i mean its on regular price 39.99 i mean $39.99 u.s. dollars.

as I said, it would be nice if the first two Trails of Cold Steel games were on sale at $19.99 or marked down cheaper to $9.99 if there was a Fall sale to happen for me and the rest of us american folk in the U.S.A.

I track my game prices on Deku Deals, and whenever a new sale starts I get an email showing me everything I have on my wishlist that’s discounted. I get a little excited, until I scroll through the games and all I see is “Matches previous low”, or nothing (which means it was cheaper in the past) — and every “Lowest price ever” is for a newer game that isn’t cheap enough for me to buy yet.

It’s especially bad for publishers like SquareEnix, where most of their games haven’t gone lower than 50% off for many years now. And all the same games go on every second or third sale, so there’s no reason to buy anything that you aren’t going to play immediately, because it’ll be on sale again in a month or two.

Eh. Street Fighter V on sale... not bad but the rest of it is Resident Evil 2 and 3 remake stuff on sale which I have resident evil 2 and 3 remakes for my X Box One S

I think about this game: Sekiro™: Shadows Die Twice .

Not a big fan for this kind of games, but I enjoyed Ghost of tsushima, so I thought this could be a good game too.

Both editions of nfs are cheaper right now. But the standard edition is £20. You looked at the bundle version.

@silverspeed that would explain it..i might bite on the palace edition as i could do with a decent arcade racer. I'm not sure if i can put up with the jazzy cel shaded effects though.

the actual sale that is going on is some fancy CAPCOM sale which is mostly for Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes and Street Fighter 5 and Monster Hunter World and Rise

@Northern_munkey Yeah it happens. I got a Pippa Funnel PS3 game recently and it was rank. Smelt really and it turned out to be dog feaces all over the disc. Had to return it for a refund.
