Sony wants to make the PlayStation 4 the home of Marvel games, so it’s perhaps no surprise that it’s partnered with the multiformat Marvel’s Avengers. Announced during Square Enix’s E3 2019 press conference, developer Crystal Dynamics confirmed that you can expect the title’s beta to launch first on the PS4 – and there will be exclusive bonuses, which will be detailed at a later date.
We wouldn’t be surprised if some of these goodies included Spider-Man in some way, but that’s purely speculation on our part. Either way, you can expect the Japanese giant to push this one hard in the lead-up to launch.

@Abeedo i wouldn't be surprised if ultimate alliance 3 is a time exclusive. But taking into consideration the type of game it is, it's a way better match for the switch anyways. Pass those joycons and play with some buddies. Looks like a good time.
Sigh, version exclusives. Hopefully they're just timed exclusives, and come to other platforms before long.
