What the frig is the deal with Yakuza 6: The Song of Life? Delayed into April on the PlayStation 4, we’ve already played the title in its entirety and published our review. And now the release has popped up in South East Asian shops, with English subtitles, amid very little fanfare. You can buy it from the PlayStation Store if you want to.

We’re not sure we understand SEGA’s strategy here. The game is finished – the publisher accidentally published the entirety of the release as a “demo” a few weeks ago – and yet it’s been delayed, where it will have to contend with Kratos. It doesn’t make any sense at all us – it’s almost like the publisher’s trying to scupper its success.
