This is just a friendly reminder that the PlayStation Network will be undergoing scheduled maintenance later today, as stated earlier in the week.
The service will be partially unavailable from 17:00PM GMT until 20:30PM GMT, meaning that you won't be able to access account management, the PlayStation Store, and various online entertainment services during that time. You should still be able to play online, though, as long as you've signed in recently.

Again? Geez! Somehow I begin to regret my move to PS4, maybe I should have settled for an XB1 instead. In the last 5 years on XB live, I never experienced as many downtimes as on PSN in the last 2 months. Come on Sony!
Do I count as signed in if I've left the PS4 in rest mode?
A dont mind when its maintenance coz you know its coming bk on when its supposed too plus u expect it at the end of day it has to be done

PSN must be the best network ever with all those maintenance.
