The Ninja Storm games have always looked fantastic, but the power of the PlayStation 4 might just push the series' latest instalment into jaw-dropping territory.
With Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's first trailer, we've got our first proper glimpse of the release, and it's already looking impressive. Big boss clashes are back, complete with plenty of spectacular special moves, and we'd bet that they'll be the perfect place to show off the title's style.
How do you reckon that it looks? Are you a fan of the franchise, or might this be your first ninja escapade? Meet our maniacal stare in the comments section below.

Holy crap...this looks INCREDIBLE! I never got into Naruto in any form...I think I may have to change that now.
I'm a big fan of the anime (english dub), but I stopped reading the manga many years ago (5ish).
As for this game, I doubt I'll ever buy or play it, I've never been a fan of fighting games, regardless of the franchise or source etc.
I'd love to see a Naruto RPG or Action/Adventure game though...hint hint.
Impressive. Can someone make a Guyver game now, please?
Looks good, now where's the gameplay.
Haven't read or watched Naruto in 8-9 years but this looks pretty amazing.
Honestly this doesn't look much different to previous entries which makes me wonder why they are skipping PS3.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi Like 50 seconds in is gameplay.
@ToddlerNaruto should have kept with the manga, the ending was great (although a lot of angry shippers make it sound bad because Naruto didn't end up with the person they wanted, instead he ended up with the character that was made for him to end up with according to Masashi Kisimoto)
@Jazzer94 I hate trailers that mix it up, just make it obvious maybe with intro/out to cinematics or just all gameplay or all cut scene stuff. Its not great to have people guessing what the game looks like.
@FullbringIchigo Ending was good not great and quite uninspiring at parts.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi The game is kinda like that for its major battles like this and mixes cinematics into some story missions.
@Bad-MuthaAdebisi This is all rendered in the game's engine. Basically everything in this trailer IS the game, as far as I know.
@ShogunRok pretty awesome then, I'm usually put off games like this either because of the melodrama and or bad voice overs
We need an anime RPG, like Sword Art Online . It would sell like a hot cake!
Interesting fact: the studios that made & distributed Sword Art Online anime is also SONY .
