Call of Duty is still in fashion, then. Blockbuster UK’s commercial director Gerry Butler has revealed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 sold a dizzying 10,000 copies in just five minutes across the retail chain’s 450 British stores.
“It was fantastic to see thousands of people turn out at over 450 Blockbuster stores last night and our staff really getting into the spirit of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2,” the executive told MCV. “We could not have served all our customers so quickly without the dedication of our staff so huge thanks for them for working so hard on the biggest night in gaming.
“We sold over 10,000 copies of the game in the first five minutes alone and we anticipate that our stores will continue to serve hundreds of CoD fans today as the rush continues to get the latest game in this record breaking franchise.”
We’d love to know how many copies of PlayStation Vita spin-off Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified were sold during the same period.

"We’d love to know how many copies of PlayStation Vita spin-off Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified were sold during the same period" probably 10
if its probably 10 i hoped it move 10 vita as well
I don't think CoD is the direction they should be going to try to sell the Vita. I know they're advertising it as a portable console with all the power of a home console, but most people who play CoD would much rather play on a nice big screen and with an actual controller. Portable consoles are an entire different thing from home consoles, if you start blurring the lines too much, then there's no reason to even get a Vita if you can play it in 1080p at home. Besides portability of course but, how many people walk around playing games? Maybe it is just me, I will stop ranting.
It's my first CoD game since CoD4- It's decent. The MP is fun, smooth and no issues with connection or anything.
Played a chunk of SP and that's fairly servicable too, not Resistance 3 or anything, but much better than BF3.
