Dead Island "Game of the Year" Edition Reanimated in June

Whether or not Dead Island deserves its “Game of the Year” moniker, the open-world zombie title is definitely getting a re-release this summer. Publisher Deep Silver has confirmed the repackaged version of the undead adventure in a press release this afternoon, and it’s set to launch on 26th June in North America. Those of you living overseas will have to wait a while longer for the holiday horror, when it releases in Europe on 4th July.
As we previously speculated, the re-release bundles the original tropical RPG with its Ryder White, Bloodbath Arena and The Ripper expansion packs. It should be enough to put your summer vacation plans on hold until next year.

I have always been drawn to this game and want to play it, but from the footage I have seen am not sure I would cope with the gore. it looks pretty brutal. I can't bring myself to buy it. Can't explain why this game gets to me and others don't.
