As much as i dont like sony as a business. They are smart.
They are holding back the release date so we can get games like Little Big Vita and Resistance: Fallen Skies as release titles.
I looked at some pics, and the PS Store is really organized.
I cant wait for Vita!!

But then i couldn't grasp the game maker
And I didn't have PSN
And i got stuck in story mode
All this ended my LBP2 love, but if I get a Vita, i will have PSN as my 1st priority, If i do all that this will be great!

No, LBPV is a lot like every LBP game, you most likely won't like it if you don't like LBP2.

They didn't hold back anything and LittleBIGPlanet on PlayStation Vita is not even a launch game, it MAYBE coming out in June, so grab a chair, buy an 8-liter, go get Uncharted, Super Stardust Delta, and Escape Plan and prepare for the next three months until LittleBIGPlanet on PlayStation Vita releases.
