Review DriveClub (PlayStation 4)
How fast do you wanna go?
It’s been a long wait leading to a bumpy road for racing fans, but DriveClub is finally here. A curious lack of pre-release code and online connection issues has forced us to hold back our thoughts on Evolution Studios' cursed exclusive for a couple of weeks longer than we expected, but having now had a chance to see...

Guide Getting the Most Out of DriveClub: PS Plus Edition
Tips for taking off your training wheels
Over two years after it was originally promised, DriveClub: PS Plus Edition is finally on the starting grid, waiting for you to give it a spin. The watered down racer comes with all of the features and functionality from the main game for free, but is limited to just 15 cars and 13 tracks from the Indian...
Guide How to Take off Your Training Wheels in DriveClub on PS4
Shoulder to the wheel
DriveClub’s launch has been far from vintage. Evolution Studios spent a year priming the release for podium position following the PlayStation 4 exclusive racer’s delay last year, but server issues have thrown a literal spanner in the works. Fortunately, things are slowly but steadily improving, with be

News Classic PS4 Racer DriveClub Is Now a Decade Old
A social racing superstar
DriveClub, the legendary PS4 racer from shuttered Runcorn studio Evolution, has such an interesting story. Originally announced alongside the PS4, the game had been intended as a launch title – we even played it in a big London church Sony had rented to showcase the new system prior to its release. But
News DriveClub at 60FPS on PS5 Has Us Mourning the Loss of Evolution Studios All Over Again
Just look at it
DriveClub was the last game produced by Sony's fantastic racing game specialist Evolution Studios. While its launch was scuppered, it blossomed to become a brilliant sim-cade racer, with incredible visual fidelity that's, honestly, still impressive today. Now, a modder has managed to get the early PS4 title running at a smooth 60...
Feature DriveClub Delisted and Taken Offline - Let's Talk About One of PS4's Best Racers
Evolution indeed
DriveClub has had quite the journey, hasn't it? The ill-fated Evolution Studios produced this equally ill-fated PlayStation 4 exclusive racer, and to say it's had a rough time of it would be an understatement. Its time on the road has almost come to an end, as Sony has delisted the title from the PlayStation Store. More than that,...
Reminder Superb PS4 Racer Driveclub Goes Offline Tomorrow
Last lap
The humble arcade racer has endured a torrid generation on the PlayStation 4, so it’s only fitting that it should conclude with Evolution Studios’ outstanding exclusive DriveClub being taken offline. The title – which was delayed before launching in a dismal state – was resurrected with outstanding post-release support, and still...
News DriveClub Still Available on US PlayStation Store Days After Delisting Deadline
What's going on?
It's fair to say Sony has handled the delisting of DriveClub from the PlayStation Store about as well as the game's servers handled launch day. The platform holder set a date of 31st August 2019 for the removal of the unfortunate racing game from the PS4's digital storefront. However, it was delisted ear
News DriveClub Has Already Been Delisted in Multiple Territories, and Fans Aren't Happy
Europe loses out again
DriveClub was supposed to be delisted here in the UK at a minute before midnight on Saturday 31st August, but if you head on over to the PlayStation Store right now, you'll find that it is no longer available for purchase. Sony has pulled the listing for DriveClub early in European territories, leaving fans and potential...
News DriveClub Servers to Be Shut Down in 2020, Game Gets Delisted This August
Out of gas
DriveClub is nearing the end of the road, it seems. A new notice on PlayStation's official website states that the racing game will be delisted from the 31st August 2019, meaning that it'll no longer be sold on the PlayStation Store. That goes for DriveClub, DriveClub Bikes, DriveClub VR, and all DLC associated with DriveClub. On top of...
News DriveClub Is PS4's Most-Played Racing Game to Date
How fast do you wanna go?
Let’s be honest: the PlayStation 4 is a pathetic platform for racing games, as our Best PS4 Racing Games guide indicates. Every time we take a moment to update that, we’re continuously flabbergasted by the poor selection of candidates vying for inclusion. To be fair, it’s an indictment of the genre as a whole, which...
Feature DriveClub Is An Alternative to Gran Turismo Sport Worth Considering
How fast do you wanna go?
Gran Turismo Sport launches this week, and it will snatch the PlayStation 4 racing game baton from DriveClub with little resistance. Evolution Studios’ simcade didn’t enjoy the best start to its short life, being driven out of the PS4’s launch window before releasing in a particularly sorry state. But the British...

First Impressions Behind the Wheel with DriveClub, the PS4 Racer That Wants to Keep You on the Road
Team pursuit
Evolution Studios does not consider PlayStation 4 launch title DriveClub to be just another racing game. Do we have any concrete news about Steering Wheel support for Drive Club / Project Cars
@SteveoKenobi I've heard t300 and t500 wheels are supported. No word on Logitech wheels. There's video of dc running on t300 from e3.
Drive club what a joke!!!
Don't waste your time and money!!
Just bought this game today digital (PSN)for £35. Don't know what people are talking about this game runs like a dream and is so beautiful to watch. The amount of times I've swerved into a guardrail because I'm watching the fab sunset over the ocean etc is hilarious. This game is well worth the wait. I swore I wouldn't buy this until I got a peak on a PS Plus edition but made the jump and Wow! Just Wow. Well chuffed with my buy. ))))
