Hi all,
So in ff7 you use items to unlock level four limit breaks. My question is, when do you use them? After you unlock all limits before? Right as you get them? Please help.
@Voldemort807 you have to have the other levels unlocked first but keep in mind Cait Sith only has 2 levels while everyone else has 4

@Voldemort807 yes, you can only unlock the level 4 after you unlocked level 3
