Im a newbie here so please bear with me,plus Im not an ardent gamer but I do enjoy a well laid out game with excellent graphics.
Perhaps Im being naive ,but Im drawn to the games being shown on U-Tube available for PS5 and PS4. The grapics and reality are unbelievable,at least to me they are.(I should add I have only in the last 3 months joined the PS generation when my wife presented me with a new PS5/Disc/consol)
So I have been searching around for games that really interest me,as I come from a flyight background my main interest is flight subject games.
The games shown on U-Tube mainly fall into the WW2 catergaory with titles such as "Battle for Midway" but with many more titles ,with graphis and interactivity that I think are right up my street.All the games in this catergory come with the description "Highly realistic graphics".I have searched every site that I know, in order to purchase some but to no avail?So do these game exist?Or is it just a U-tube thing?Or can the Forum please point me in the right direction so that I can aquire some of these "Highly realistic games"?
Some of the dates quoted with the games are as far back as 2015/17 so one would have thought that they would be readily available on the market?
@caskin Welcome to PlayStation! I wish I could be of more help but flight games aren’t my thing. However, I do know that Ace Combat 7 is highly regarded. You could check out some videos and see if that’s what you’re looking for. The only other flight game that comes to mind on PS4 is Star Wars Squadrons, which is supposed to be very good too, although I’ve not played it. Of course it’s set in the Star Wars universe and so you’re flying fictional aircraft, but the graphics look very good for what it is.
As for why you’re not seeing the older games available for purchase, I’m not surprised. Older niche games can be rare. You can always buy a digital version and download to your PS5, even though your have the disc PS5 console — it can still play a digital download game. Just realize, the PS5 is only backwards compatible to games from the PS4 generation, it won’t play a disc of older games from PS3 or before.

@Th3solution many thanks for taking the time to answer my topic,plus also for giving me two new titles to look out for.I am aware of the digital download procedure,but having searched the digital library there is not a lot that actually appeals to my taste,but thats just me of course!
These games being shown on U-Tube for the PS4/5 have graphics that have to be seen to be belived,many titles are given,but Im baffled by the fact that Im unable to discover any of the titles for sale??? My thinking was that perhaps the "coverage" of the forum might produce some results,but I guess my best bet wold be to sign up to U-Tube and approach the U-Tube members who are posting these games which just might reveal the answer that I am looking for.

@Fight_Teza_Fight Hi,like your predessor many thanks for answering my post. I guess you would call me an Arcade freak!! I do not attempt to get to deep into games especially the ones that can span months!!
Microsoft simulator was a great programme,but it wasnt a game it was a true simulator with many hours required in oder to come up to flight scratch....Ace combat 7 is on its way to me,thanks to you both.
if you go onto the net and type in my title of this topic,select videos and you will see what I mean,on in particular is the "shown" version of battle of Midway (or go onto U-Tube.).
I have discovered the company behind these PS4/5 games is called "Gamingbolt ,com"?????

I think maybe that’s a side mission in one of the Call of Duty games. I have no idea which, but maybe COD: WWII? I don’t know. If my suspicion is correct, then it might not be your type of game if you don’t like military first-person shooters. As for a flight game, I think you probably made a good choice with Ace Combat. I’ve been meaning to try it too, even though it’s not my usual type of game.

I think by bringing my problem to the Forum,it has not only solved which game it is that Im attempting to find,but has also povided me with excellent info ref games I have ordered,but did not know of..So all I can do is say once again thanks for your input and help...I think we can calll this one SOLVED!
@colonelkilgore Thanks for taking the time to provide link and reply to my post. I have to say very impressed with Forum. Ive placed it on my Sony wish list,just hope it has single player capability plus no sudden demands for cash,have to wait and see! Either way thanks.
