So i bought this headset: Turtlebeach Z60
when i play a game on my PC it is working perfectly, but when i use it on my ps4 it goes wrong. The sound that should go into my left side ear goes to my right side ear so i'm outplaying myself a alot in call of duty because of that. anyone who knows how to reverse it?

@JensRasmusen: sounds strange, never know that to happen before

this may sound silly but can't you just wear them the other way round for now?

@JensRasmusen How do you have your Turtlebeach plugged in? It has probably something to do with that (unless it would be a very strange factory error).

@FullbringIchigo: i can do that when i play solo but most of the time i play with my friends. The problem with that is that my mic can't turn backwards

@Kidfried: it is a USB plug so i plug it in where the charger of the controler should be. (in the ps4)

@JensRasmussen As far as I recall you can take the jack plug out of the USB dongle and plug that into the PS4, right? Or is that a different model? Because I've heard different problems of people plugging these USB dongles into game consoles.

I can imagine you have already tried that, though.

@JensRasmusen: well i looked online and the official site (it is for a different model but i don't think that matters) says that the USB dongle can do this on certain devices and it can't be fixed

they did suggest that IF it also has standared audio connectors then you should use those instead

@Kidfried: there is only USB plugs in the ps4, but i took of the USB dongle and plugged the jack plug into the TV. now the sound works propper but the mic won't be connected to the ps4 and without the USB dongle the wire is only 75cm. also i tried with another turtlebeach headset (not the same model, but has USB plug only), it worked perfectly. the reason why i don't use that is that the mic is dysfunctional.
I don't really know what is up with this new headset of mine...

@JensRasmusen: how about plugging it into the jack on the PS4 controller?

@FullbringIchigo: @Kidfried:
I found a jack stick to USB plug adaptor and tried that out, but that has a place for a jack stick sound and jackstick mic. So what i did was, i took of the USB dongle from my new headset and plugged the jackstick in the adaptor as the sound, now i realized that i couldn't get the mic from my new headset with me in this one so i found an old headset where the mic was okay and plaugged that into the mic side on the adaptor. So here i am with 2 headsets on me, one around my neck (the mic one) and one around my head as a normal headset. this might look very stupid but it works very well and i can't see any other solutions.

Thank u so much for your help, your ideas lead me to this fancy victory haha
