I was banned because of a reversal of payment. Told I would need to pay 24.99 to unban it, and that I would get an email to unban it. However I have not gotten that email. So I wen't to contact them through the live chat forum because that is the only way to contact them right now. And I was given a message stating
It appears we just chatted with you. I'm sorry we didn't resolve your issue. Please try again later.
My question was, has anyone else had this problem. How long does it take to get an email from them about unbanning my account, I haven't gotten one.
