I need some help. So a few years ago I first made this account when I got the PS4. I played on it and then we decided to sell it and get a PS4 slim bundle which had WD1 and 2. So when I got the PS4 slim I logged in but then decided to make a new account because my gamertag didn’t seem interesting. So I made a new account. But one day I was trying to sign into a new account on google chrome and I accidentally deleted the email I used to create the original account. So now I don’t have access to the email. Then a few years later (now) I decided to try to see if I could log onto that account but I just can’t remember the password. I tried calling PlayStation UK and asked about it but I failed the “three security checks”. I tried explaining to her that I didn’t have access to the email so I couldn’t check any of the purchases made on the account and that the original PS4 that I used to make that account is now long gone and I can’t remember who I sold it too. I was going to reset the password but I can’t get the email back. I’ve tried so much but Gmail says it’s impossible to get it back since the system “remembers” the email but you can’t access it. I tried registering it again but it says the email is taken but there is no existence of it now.
@Synomouz sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but only Sony can really help with this. If you fail their security checks then there is little that can be done. Perhaps pursue this again with Sony and see if they can restore access to the account somehow.
