How to Add More Enchantments to the Amulet of Yggdrasil

You can equip a maximum of nine Enchantments to the Amulet of Yggdrasil, although initially many of the slots will be broken. These can be repaired at the Huldra Brothers' workshop using Jewel of Yggdrasils, which are discovered as rewards around the Nine Realms.
