The activity cards display possible hints to hidden puzzles. A few days ago this worked in Astro’s Playroom but now I get the option to click on the hint (light bulb icon) it goes to load the hint but no video loads just a blank page with the hint name at the top. Has anyone experienced this and fixed it?
Things I’ve tried
Confirmed I have latest OS.
Confirmed game is up to date.
Confirmed PS PLUS sub is current and active.
Performed internet test.
Factory reset of everything.
Loaded safe mode and cleared the cache and rebuilt database.
I’m out of ideas!
Next will be call Sony unless someone can save me?!

I’d recommend making a YouTube video of the problem and raise a call with PlayStation support (can be a pain to do tbh). That’s what I did, it’s currently being escalated and investigated further. The more people they have on their case the sooner something will get done. If you make progress, let me know and I’ll do so likewise.
@Duggers76 Sounds good. I contacted them, and they say they are looking into it. We'll just have to wait and see I guess. I posted about the issue on Reddit to see if others were having it, but got no replies.
I know this isn’t very helpful but I just checked a card in Scarlet Nexus and the video plays fine for me.
I just mean it’s apparently not a universal problem.
@Voltan thanks for checking. I think it’s only affecting a small bunch of people. Apart from myself I’ve only heard of 2 other people with the issue. It’s not a massive deal but I only bought the console 2 weeks ago I feel all the features should work!
Update! I bought Haven which has the game help feature and it worked. So thus far the preloaded Astro’s playroom and sackboy’s big adventure should display video help (I’ve seen it!) and they don’t, but haven does (screenshot help).
However I’ve been speaking with other people with the same issue who tried a plague tale which worked ok! So it does seem to be game dependant.
I'm rather disappointed with the PS5's UI, it's very slow and often fails to load up icons, especially in the PS Store. I Know it's not my internet because I have my Series S next to my PS5 and everything works so snappy on that.
This is happening to me too. I found @Duggers76 's video on YouTube and confirmed it wasn't just me. I deleted the game and the save with no joy. Plague tale works though, so it must be game specific.
@ApostateMage have you tried rebuilding the database? Start the PS5 in safe mode and an option will appear allowing you to rebuild the database. From what I remember it doesn’t change anything but I’d recommend reading up on it first!
Something has changed! I don’t know what but it works fine for me now on every game! Just tested sackboy and it works when it wasn’t previously. Thanks everyone who contributed.
