A bit off topic, but even though the title/poster is misleading, Tom Cruise wasn’t really the “last samurai” in that movie, Ken Watanabe was. At least that’s how I viewed the ending. Tom cruise was an American soldier, an outsider who learns from the samurai, and mourns the fading of their ways.
I feel like at least this gives Xbox fans the tiniest little fun thing to have for themselves and that’s fine. They need something, for goodness sake! Game pass is fine, I have it, and it’s a good value, but true exclusive content seems few and far between. They can have this😅
In the first game, going out at night (enemies are stronger when the sun goes down), wandering through a forest and happening upon the disturbing face of some horrible creature, emerging from the shadows, throwing my torch down and jumping onto its back, stabbing it to the flickers of firelight, as more enemies emerged from all sides, before raining meteors from the sky upon them, is unquestionably one of the most memorable moments I’ve had in my gaming life. The atmosphere of that game is on another level. Everyone should be excited for this, I’d imagine we haven’t seen anything yet
@Americansamurai1 Just to be fair, I’d say the 5 to 6 hours for each house is an exaggeration. I have the platinum myself, and after the admittedly tedious process of playing through the unskipable training mission leading up to the house selection, it only took me about 2 hours to reach each unique house mission and reach the map room.
@Cyberpsycho I agree. I tried getting into it several times actually, because I kept hearing people gushing about it, but it just didn’t click with me. I appreciate the artistic vision for this game for sure, I just didn’t find it fun to play🤷♂️
It’s probably not even related to violence, it’s more likely that Sony requested the developers add a bloom of light over a character’s exposed butt cheeks
@Loftimus monkey target is in the game. I have it on switch and it’s there for sure. However, some reviewers have said that it doesn’t play quite as well as the original
