@RobynDBC My Xbox using friends have been having trouble with their online connections as well. I'm sorry your family is having trouble with your new PS4 on Christmas. It's a problem for my Neighbors as well as they got 2 $50 playstation cards for Christmas and couldn't use them. I hope someone goes lizard hunting soon.
@NAZA-187 Me too. Until I can put a music cd in and play it I will regard my PS4 as an unfinished product that was rushed out before it was ready. This is something that any device that spins a disk and uses a laser should be able to do at this point.
