a free year wow thats great...not. Is it just me thinking this or is Sony trying to make money off this thing by offering their paid services for a limited time things like their plus network thing that i dont even know the name of (or is that all its called, "plus") and now this. In sales this sort of thing is called puppy dog sales you give soemone something for a short time, even if they dont want it they keep it going becase its a hassle to cancel it; I bet all the stuff they have offered so far has an automatic subscription every year unless you email them and canel, I would rather have them give me a free retail game to say sorry. I remember microsoft doing the free game thing for something they screwed up, but hey you got to admire Sony for turning a screwup in to a moneymaking scheme
Looks good reminds me of MGS on the ps2 looks wise and gameplaywise, not sure if thats a bad thing or a good thing. I didnt play the other in fact this is the first i have seen it so I'm not sure how the controls will work but if the price is right and the controls solid then i might part with my money for it...of course that is if the PSN is working again at some point this year
not a fan of the films or the books but i have to say that is a very cool trailer but its an ea game so i would expect it to be highly poshiled, but gameplay wise i'll not hold my breath i'm guessing that they have bolted move support on to the game to help it sell and as stated by others sorcery is built form the ground up to use the move, lets hope there is a game to go along with all that move coding...in both titles
I have a question my gun is red this one is grey, is this a mockup or is it different in the in the states. Also am i the only one who thinks the sharpshooter is a little on the heavy side...stop laughing, this gun is a killer it might not shoot anything but you could so get beat to death with it, if the owner doesnt have a heart attack trying to lift it that is
I have sports active 2 its think it’s quite good but when you’re in the mood to work out you just want to do it you don’t want to have a set up to do, in the case of sports active its putting on the bands, might not sound like much but it can be a pain, with this you just seem to pick up the move and away you go which i think is a much better idea however exercise wise how many ways can you do a crunch? so i don’t think it will offer anything new to what else is already out there, but being able to jump right in is very appealing to me but i think i would miss the heart rate monitor, as much as i hate the straps i think they serve a need shame the heart rate monitor isn’t built in to the move controller like it is on a cross trainer, wow i just invented a new controller and to make it even better you could bring out some sort of sleeve that fits the controller and would be used to house added weights If this game has that type of system I would buy it and if EA. where to bring it out for sports active 2 I would throw yet more money at them for extra controllers say £30 per controller extra £60 for each game with extra cash generated for the weighted sleeves. They could even have them signed by becks or just make them a funky colour and because it’s the controller for the PS3 its more lightly to already have a charge in it so need to fumble around looking for batteries or mugging your remote for them; I’m so going to the patent office now
Looks really good I just hope its not the rocket-a-thon that killzone two was, i played one game with friendley fire on and loved it so much that i could never play the spawn-die game play of the other rooms again, fingers crossed for a friendly fire game finding option. I read that the Sharpshooter will be out in time for the game but has anyone seen a release date for the gun or if there are maybe any bundle deals planed?
I thought this game was quite good if you have played counter strike you have played this, but the move controls are so far beyond me i feel using them pushing the screen to turn does not feel right maybe if i spent more time messing with the options i might get something i like but the pad for me is the way to go. I will play online using the pad and mess around off line with the move trying to get used to it untill killzone and the sharpshooter come out
