This game kind of reminds me of the Mercury games, which in my opinion were fantastic addition to any console, if they implement an SDK for creating user-made levels, this could be big.
If SCE implements this product correctly, it will surely be a game-changer, as of yet my opinion on cloud-based gaming is pretty slim, as all the products I have tested have either been too bandwidth-consuming which produces too much interference for any sort of game-play, but, with sony now having full control over, what simply put, IS the future of gaming (In My Opinion), this could be a revolutionary feature to the gaming world.
Man... we can only hope that this happens, the last time I played Doom3 was for the original Xbox, I was about 15 at the time, and I got to a point where I couldn't progress as I was so terrified of the monsters that were lurking just around the corner from my save point, limited ammo, lights flashing, and the gargling monstrosities echoing in the distance... However nice it would be to have it for the vita, I don't think the atmosphere would quite match up to my needs as an avid horror enthusiast! be hella fun though!
I personally haven't picked up my Vita in a few weeks, its been sat on my TV stand gathering dust, the main reason for this, like many other casual gamers out there, is the lack of a First Person Shooter available on the console, i reckon once R:BS & CoD are released for the Vita sales will go through the roof, it's all about what the consumers want and obviously, from previous statistics, FPS's are what people play the most.
Being an avid PS3/PS2/PSP/PSV player I tend to fight the corner of Sony whenever possible, unfortunately this time the Nintendo Man is correct, if the PSVita had launched with more AAA games (Call of Duty, God of War, etc) Then the nifty piece of tech would have blown away any previous sales, it's all in the statistics, what games are people playing the most? what does the consumer want?
but, I digress, i suspect once Resistance: Burning Sky's is released and people see how a first person shooter game will look and feel on the handheld, sales are going to skyrocket, even more so when CoD is released (eventually).

Just my two pence!
Re: DOOM 3: BFG Edition Invades Store Shelves on 16th October
Will a vita port be released of this? if so that would be awesome!
Re: Spy Hunter Reboot Races onto Vita
This is a great series, I hope TT Fusion can pull off the addicting gameplay that the original game offered all those years ago!

Maybe a vita port is in the works also? wouldn't that just be the icing on the cake!

That's my 2 cents.
