“ So calm this spooky night. A symphony of rumors - not one, but two - return from shadow. A resistance to dart home as black monsters escape twisted hills to wander lands and syphon souls. Filter your candy collections, soft from solid, and be eco-friendly. Have a metal Halloween.” (Oct 2019)
Reminder that we could have had a remaster of any of the games they teased in this joke tweet by now. Legend of Dragoon, Symphony of the Night, Syphon Filter, Resistance, etc
@Balosi 17 year Lotro veteran here and I agree. There’s some jank and shortcomings there due to how old the game is but I absolutely adore the area and class design specially. It’s the only persistent game I’ve stuck around.
@Fluberuper I’ve played all three and I’m in agreement. My biggest issue was that I wholeheartedly disliked the villain of the first game to start, and let’s just say it doesn’t improve from there and I just kept getting disappointed by the end of each game.
Ivalice Chronicles is being worked on by the original director of Final Fantasy Tactics, who was not around when SE released War of the Lions.
I’m glad you liked the mobile version of the game they released without the involvement of the literal creator of Ivalice, but I’m puzzled why’d you think his definitive vision of the game would include content he didn’t greenlight?
