The Resi 2 and 4 Remake. 7 & 8.Capcom are on the biggest run of quality for Resi ever. You can't get excited?

Do you have any idea how crazy that sounds? What are your standards? What games do you get excited for?

You are very enigmatic, my friend. To be clear, I'm not having a go. I'm genuinely intrigued! What is your favourite game series? Also - is there an old game series still releasing that you feel is quality? What did you make of Silent Hill 2 remake?

Metroidvania fatigue seems on the rise. I get it, I do. I just think it's redundant criticism but I totally understand your point.

I wonder what you'd have scored it if it was your first time with the genre.

So less points for it being the genre it wanted to be.

You can start docking points on every soulslike going forward then.

Can we just have a straight forward adaption?

No changes to soften things for the apparently existing modern audiences. No lunatic casting with people that do not look and sound like the characters that the series is famous for.

Can it please just look and sound like one of the games? Just one time can one of the adaptions do that and do it well?

No doofus reimagined version in pursuit of a demographic that typically has little interest in survival horror or zombies.

Reading all this back - I'm definitely asking too much. No way they play it straight and appease long terms old school fans - you know, the people that have wanted to give you money to do this and to do it well...for years.

Okami 2 is the best thing on the list by a million miles.
No game in the list, for me, has the sheer magic and wonder of the original Okami.

Excellent point, I did not consider that. So in my own bubble, forgetting not everyone has good internet connections.

I experienced no issues in my entire platinum trophy run. I had a blast game play wise. The story wasn't as compelling as the first game but bits of it were good.
I see people hating on this game a lot. People are dialing up the hatred because of Insomniacs involvement with Sweet Baby Inc@Bez87

Docking a point for difficulty should only apply if it's difficultly caused by a glitch. Braid is meant to be hard.
