I'm not surprised that they had to increase parry window by that much.
From perspective of someone who finished this game on expert difficulty - I have never seen before such a lack of consistency with parry windows and animation of attacks, I had to re-learn it for the half of enemies in the game, seriously annoying , completely gave up on any post game content because of that.

Misleading title, only works for new subscribers, no discount for returning ones (at least in UK!)
