@Arnna you don't seem to understand I saw you say the same thing about HZD on PC but that was just a test to the water but now they are all in seems like and years down the line may be the case now as was with microsoft for a while but it will not stay that way once the console has reached its apex about 2 to 3 years down the line and they aren't promoting new hardware will it?

@Rhaoulos I game on an Nvidia BFGD its not a small screen you have options on the PC but you choose to ignore them and yes they cost more the better something is usually the higher the price you pay for them

@B_Lindz except that years later thing might be the case not but that is because they have no teams that specialize in PC ports like MS does yet but as soon as they do just mark my words they will not want to wait for that money when they have the resources needed to port the game right away and it started this way with microsoft too its the beginning of the end my friend

@SilkySmile89 no its not enough I don't want to stream games I have powerful hardware I want to play my games through that hardware that is why I bought it not to stream games on PS now if they allowed downloads on PS now I wouldn't mind but they don't on the PC anyway

@hoffa007 no you should buy a console because you want one not because they lock off the IP behind exclusivity if that is why you game on a console not sure why you would but its very anti consumer did any PC gamer complain when the Witcher 3 was announced for consoles? ...no they didn't so stop complaining its more money and you will get more games for it

@glassmusic yeah that may be the case right now it started this way with microsoft too but eventually executives will get tired of waiting for the PC profits and buy a team with more PC experience to port the games sooner it only the beginning history is repeating itself again

@Makina you seem to think that the PC is a competing platforms to consoles you are wrong the PC is its own ecosystem and independent market that anyone can take advantage of and its still not going to microsoft xbox so not sure why you are in your feelings about this

@Nepp67 depends on what you mean by worthless if exclusivity was your only buying point you might want to rethink why you game in the first place but I am a PC gamer I will never buy a console this is the only way they will get my money but unlike me others will never game on a PC they want a console and this is the only platform besides the PC to play that game how is it worthless exactly?

@art_of_the_kill nobody owns the PC platform MS or Sony can take advantage of it if they wish to and its still not on the competitors platform and its basically free money towards another sequel of the game how is this bad? the people who want a console are not gonna go out and buy or build a PC they are still gonna get the console and the PS5 will still be the only console it is available on correct?

@Ah-Void it will happen eventually right now they are trying to acquire a share in epic because they have experience on the PC platform or maybe they want to commission a storefront of their own like EGS or Steam and make their own launcher so they don't have to share the money with anyone else but it has begun only a matter of time now you were all warned when HZD became a steam global top seller they make money so now they will move forward and it doesn't devalue the console the exclusives still won't be available on the competitors platform

@Areus because nintendo is all about innovating with things like the wii and wii u they have never been about multi platform games or third party titles they make quirky hardware that gives you a novel experience of their first party IPs and oh yeah they are doing it too just on mobile for now

@pimpjuice obviously they do if you are not supporting the game in the numbers they would like to see or they wouldn't be porting the games over then again its a corporation what am I thinking they just want the money they don't care about you or me only about our wallets knew this would happen eventually though and just like microsoft they will grow impatient waiting for the money and eventually start day and date releases down the road its the beginning of the end my friend good luck to you

@Arnna that is becuase nintendo has never shown any interest in bringing ports to the PC to begin with if they did you would see the same thing happen salty fans complaining about more gamers getting to play a game

@zebric21 never seen half life? the witcher games were exclusive to PC for a while bc it didn't have the power to run the game either, so I fail to see your point here man

and btw I am a business owner myself so I know there will not be day and date releases if they are trying to push hardware sales that makes no sense and that is not what I am trying to say either so don't twist my words like the last guy tried to

again I am a PC gamer and in that light I look at it this way even if someone like me buys a playstation solely for exclusives we aren't contributing much very few exclusives have interested me at all I bought a PS4 for bloodborne in 2015 and that is the only exclusive I wanted to play so I didn't stick around I didn't pay for PS plus after I was done playing the game they sell the consoles at a loss and make up revenue by selling software isn't making the software available to more people a viable strategy to do that if we aren't gonna remain in your market anyway? should you not expand your market to gain more consumers?
