@ColdHandGee I bet there is also liquid metal in the Pro instead of thermal paste, which hardens over time. Just dust your console regularly and it will be as quiet as when you bought it. The Pro is also just a 200 W machine, so I don’t think that the cooling or noise will be an issue lol.

@Member_the_game it depends on the developer and how they manage to use PSSR and the extra performance. In some titles you will get fidelity mode’s visuals but in 60 fps instead of 30. That’s twice as good to me.

But honestly, you can’t expect the Pro to be twice as good across the board. ”High end” is almost never the best value or perform ”twice as good” even if the price is 2x higher. This applies to GPUs, phones, cars etc. I think the Pro is still easily worth the money, and I will happily use it till the PS6 comes out.
