As a fan of Japanese history I definitely won't be getting this game.

I don't like what I've seen of it thus far tbf.

I picked up a copy of The Quarry for under £10 on the PSN sale so I'll give that a go tonight when my son's gone to bed. He'll be busy on the new Astro Bot level today.

The cover art is a red flag to me, I won't support this until I know much more about it.

@lazarus11 60fps still isn't worth paying £700 for if you already have the base PS5 model.

Cool if you can afford one, personally I'm not spending £700 to have slightly better resolution on certain games lol. (That includes GTA6)

I will always buy a disc based console over a digital.

I doubt any console will run this at 60fps, and only top end PC's will run it at 60fps when it eventually gets a release on PC.

Sony/PlayStation are in trouble right now.

This game is insanely addictive.

I'll wait and see once the game is released what all the fuss is about, I very rarely buy games day one now anyway. There's absolutely no denying that many developers are using the gaming space as a platform to push their progressive mantra from but I don't believe this is one of those studios.

I fear for this industry because AAA gaming is becoming unsustainable, not only are the development budgets reaching ludicrous levels but we also have the medium being used by certain people and groups to push political messages, this is causing division amongst gamers which in turn leading to games failing to reach sales targets. Make no mistake Concord will have absolutely terrified Sony, I'm just glad I lived through so many great eras of gaming.

I'm a huge PlayStation fan going back all the way to the PS1 but there's no denying they've made some poor decisions this generation.

Can't we just get back to fun single player games? No live service, no race/gender politics, just fun immersive single player experiences.

@ShogunRok I haven't actually played a Dynasty Warriors game since the PS2, I remember they had fun battles but not much in the way of story.

The first game is all that's important to me, I'm not interested in Pt 2 or the TV series.

@Oram77 Kojima has already said his next game will be his final game and a return to tactical espionage.

@Brundleflies21 Honestly it was too difficult for me so I didn't get to experience all of the game, I hope their next game isn't a rogue-like.

We're only just into the first month of the year so I'm hopeful we'll still get it in 2025.

Doom is the only game shown there that I have even the slightest interest in.

@R_Ryder No, I have literally zero interest in AC Shadows. I've enjoyed AC games in the past but I won't be buying this game for a number of reasons.

I got myself a couple of indy games with my points, I don't really care about the collectibles though.

@Slayer25c It's also the reason people will have to get used to all the cheesy skins, paints, etc. They have to recoup that money somehow.

Wow, that kind of development cost dwarfs even the biggest Sony 1st party games.
