I say wait—why get it next year or even the year after? These consoles are supposed to be "next-gen," but what exactly makes them next-generation? Besides the feel of the DualSense controller, which is arguably the most noticeable next-gen feature, there doesn't seem to be much that truly changes the gaming experience.
I'd rather wait until 2030 and see manufacturers come up with better technology that genuinely pushes gaming forward. By then, the rest of the industry should have caught up, developers will be able to take full advantage of the hardware, and electronic components should be much cheaper. That would result in a console that feels truly next-generation rather than just a modest upgrade.
I don't understand if HZD was released back in 2017 on the PS4. Sony owns the rights as they were the one who release it. But if Tencent went to Sony or vice-versa to continue with the story line just settle the difference and move on.
I'm getting this game! PS5 disc version yes, I can get the PS4 and upgrade, but the resale value is lower than the PS5 after a couple of months. So you get back the money afterward!

I pre-Order the 25th Anniversary Special Edition PS5 disc copy but will get the PS4 Digital Entitlement code. Question to anybody can I give that code to my son and for him to upgrade to the PS5 digital version, since he got a PS5?
