Bought Alan Wake 2 at launch but yet to play lol

@MrHabushi indeed PSN has vastly improved since the free online days of the PS3 where it felt like the network went down every other week.

@streetshadow indeed there are definitely signs of progress for me and a few friends here in UK like them coming and going offline the Welcome tab now populated with my Online Friends,messages and trophies when it was blank earlier and and as mentioned earlier getting notifications of people beating my times in AstroBot.

@streetshadow You have to expect the network to go down now and again everything has issues now and again,I remember the PS3 days when it used to go down what felt like every other week and PSN has vastly improved since those days,I don’t think it will be a hack as some have mentioned not saying it’s not possible I just don’t think it will be i could be wrong hopefully not,maybe a DDOS attack or the things you spoke of.

UK here i now have a few friends showing as online i’m also showing as i’m online,i am also getting notifications of people beating my times in AstroBot but cannot play Online games and in Network PlayStation Network says Failed.

Was down in the very early hours but back up for me now.

I think the only thing I’ve noticed so far (I could be wrong) is the shutdown animation of a silhouette of a vertical PS5 now has full length led’s to reflect the look of the new PS5 which I believe run the full length of the system now,oh and sparkles I don’t remember sparkles at least not as many if there was any at all,again I could be wrong about this but that’s all I’ve noticed so far.

I platinumed the game yesterday and the only issues I ran into was a moment where my character and a enemy would randomly intensely glow that only lasted about 5 minutes,then near the very end I had it freeze on a press L1 and another button I forget
for a learned power maybe it was Galvaniz
e as mentioned but a quick reload fixed it,other than that I thoroughly enjoyed it fantastic game.

I’m about half way through the story (digital copy) and haven’t encountered any bugs whatsoever.

@Nexozi if i was to guess i recon they will increase on the next test,i also really enjoyed Cold War (unlike the majority supposedly) felt more like a traditional CoD to me with the movement and gun play,i saw a video a while back saying it isn’t safe to play anymore as it’s been hacked and a quick search online had results saying it may be the case,I’ve also enjoyed Treyarch’s games more over the years apart from Infinity War wasn’t keen on that along with Advanced Warfare although i loved the Titanfall games which where a similar type of movement system,i think it’s mostly the feel and maps of Treyarch efforts i prefer,i just wish they would do away with all the daft outfits and guns and weird effects like bursting into cannabis leaves when shot now in CoD’s but that won’t happen as it’s raking in the money.

@Nexozi Nope it was still capped at level 20 as I played to 20 last night.

Enjoyed what i played was nice to play on the maps from many many moon's ago hopefully we get some of the original MW3 maps (or are they saving those for a Blops2 re-release/remaster or something daft), i actually preferred MW3 over 2 back in the day,this isn’t the MW3 of old though i still enjoyed what i played.

Ewww looks like something you would find at Poundstretcher or the many over variants.

@Gbarsotini Twas a sad day when Evolution was shuttered sad times i still hold out faint hope Sony will do something with the franchise as long as it's not mobile or something daft,i can dream...

@Titntin Sadly i don't have the space to keep any consoles and games from my many many years of gaming,Guitar Hero 3 was fantastic.

Really wish PlayStation had more Arcade Racers really miss the Motorstorm series especially,tried this in the beta enjoyed what i played though the changing into planes and boats like Crew 2 still hasn't grabbed me enjoyed the plain ole racing of The Crew more,i would have liked the handling to lean a little more towards Horizons handling in this one but still going to pick it up.

Looking forward to this when it becomes available here in the UK somewhere.

Had one for a few months and really liked the build nice and solid nice bit of weight but the battery life was woeful,sadly i noticed it intermittently not charging one day,i declined a repair and got my money back,as someone who is far from being a pro gamer (i ain't winning no tournaments) i kinda miss it at times especially for fps shooters with the trigger stops,it took some getting used to but i was also getting used to the back buttons (preferred the domed variant many more accidental presses with paddles) useful for jumping among other things without having to take my thumb off R3 especially useful in games like Returnal,i may purchase one again some day maybe i just wish the battery life was an hour or two longer.
