Still haven't got to 3 yet (it's in a long backlog of titles to play) but if they did something like the co-op multiplayer in 2 than I'd be upgrading to a PS4 for that alone!
Now what if this whole image is just a big tease and they're not really using it to say they are looking for people for the development team and this is their way of saying that it's going to be an mmo-like featuring the cast of all the characters from the series?

I'm really hoping that on the mix of all that are the rights to 'Champions of Norrath'.
I'd love to see that series make a resurgence with a bigger focus on multiplayer, like almost a mini-MMO.
