People who only buy digital is down to them being lazy! Physical copies are always £5 - £15 cheaper than digital! So they must not care about saving some cash which comes down to being lazy as you pay more for convenience

Why would people upgrade if you keep selling 99 percent of new games on the old system! Stop making games for the ps4 and watch people buy a ps5

Problem is people are just lazy and can't be bothered to go to the shop and buy a physical copy. Geez you can get it delivered to your door and save £10! Then get a trade in price at cex (yes it might be a tiny amount) but it's still better than nothing. You can't trade in a digital copy and you pay over the top for something which requires nothing to be made or shipped but still people seem to be happy paying top price for something you can get cheaper or should be cheaper!

Ps5 fans aren't most of these coming to ps4 as well?? Sony new standard keep holding back the ps5 so they can milk the ps4 more

Sorry Sony I'm not paying £200 when it's $200 it should be £179 companies need to sort out pricing

@crazykcarter I understand your thinking that a digital only future is the best way to sort this problem BUT the digital stores need to lower prices to the same as physical copies I can get resi 4 remake for £45 but the store is £55 or £65 can't remember but either way it's cheaper to buy physical games! Especially when there are no manufacturing costs involved or delivery costs (I know there's cost's to run the store etc but that will be alot lower than making a disc, case, sleeve and fuel)

Strange as I purchase a physical or digital copy on my account and my wife can play the same version on her profile without further purchases? So how is this an improvement?

72% buy digital just shows how foolish people are today physical is always 5 to 15 quid cheaper! Maybe I'm not lazy?

Problem is Sony require you to pay in full at the time of preorder its Christmas I can't afford it now BUT I can when it's released! I think they need to change when they take payment too, pay a day or two before despatch would be much better!

I really don't understand why people are so against NFT it allows you to sell your digital stuff once you have used it! And if people ask for silly amounts of money for the stuff you don't have to buy it

Geez it seems people need babysitting in this world today! You should be able to remember when any subscription is coming to an end! As for re-turning on the auto renewal after an update is completely wrong I have to check it periodically as I can buy ps plus and other's cheaper online
