On the one hand, it's important to have exclusives to sell a console. Xbox giving them all away to other consoles was a slap to the face of those who spent hundreds on their hardware this gen. On the other hand, consoles are getting very expensive and it doesn't seem like they're slowing down on releasing the next models rather than milking what they still can out of the PS5. So are people buying a PS6 for nearly $1000 for just a handful of exclusives? Guess we'll see.
Also if they're making the choice of not including full games on blu ray discs when it can definitely fit, why are we even using blu rays? Just slap the license key on a CD at that point.
Perhaps shadow-dropping a major remaster right before a major release at a time when people are already stressing over game prices isn't the best idea. And they both came from Zenimax studios, which is just baffling to me. They could have shadow-dropped any other time, but here we are.
If you own a Switch, you've probably encountered this kind of practice well before Xbox exclusives shipped on PS5. Won't be seeing Spider-man 2 physical editions for Series X, so I guess take a win when you get it.
Ah. So, "no" to Saturn and Dreamcast mini consoles, but "yes" to monthly billing to play their games... Really wish they'd reconsider the mini consoles.
If they really wrote an acceptance speech two years ago, they only have themselves to blame. Expect disappointment. Be humble. Congrats to Sony, and to the developers of Black Myth:Wukong for their successful game. May their 2025 DLC win them GOTY...
Sony also doesn't have a streaming service of their own, nor do they release their movies for day one streaming. They called it a "devastating" plan. Makes sense to hear they're keeping firm on that.

I prefer physical and treat my PS5 like my Nintendo. If I'm buying digital, it'll be on Xbox. If it's exclusive, I'll wait to grab a physical copy.
