I hope they learn from it and whoever affected land on a solid ground especially the gameplay devs. I really liked the gameplay of Concord and hated everything else
@ShogunRok Thank you for the review a lot. As a big DA fan I can't wait to get my hands on it and I'm fine with the changes they made. Is it fair to say it's more Action-Adventure than RPG game now?
Thanks for the review Sammy. I watched the first episode this weekend and it's okay. TBH I didn't have high hopes for this but this is not the Kiryu I knew over the years. Nishki and Yomei were carrying the first episode heavily. Also, I was shocked when I saw Date San xD .
I'll continue watching it anyway but overall it's skippable I guess.
So I just got 100% completion in Dragon Age Inquisition yesterday + DLCs so I'm now 100% ready for The Veilguard next weekend. I'll kill time this week by playing The Crew Motorfest and some multiplayer.
This was a surprise for me but I guess it was part of LEGO expansion where they reached out to different devs to see what they bring to the table like Fortnite LEGO.
Looking forward to this one specifically! I love Horizon world.
I'm trying the best to be interested in this one but I can't. I enjoyed previous AC titles but this one so far didn't catch my interest although I'm a big fan of the Japanese culture.
Looks like I'm the only one who liked The Medium. I guess the studio is learning from their mistakes and keeps evolving but I don't think they should've said they created S****y games!!
I loved the game but I hated how it really followed the formula of the first one especially on the first half of the story which followed the quest structure of the first game but changed the characters.
As a father of two, having Full-time job and traveling from time to time. PS Portal helped me to play more than ever before since I had kids. That doesn't mean I'm taking from time with my family but there are small sessions in between now that I can have. For example the first hour of their sleep I'm not playing on the TV because they'll notice the light but now playing on my Portal. When I'm going back to my home country I play in the evenings on my Portal... etc.
So yeah I'm one of the targeted audience for this.
If you can even find one. I'm considering moving all digital if the situation stays like that till end of the year where it actually costs here 180 Euros through Scalpers.
I love SEGA, they're releasing great games and with shorter development cycles. For example Like A Dragon/ Yakuza. We now at a point that we get almost a new game every year or so from spin-offs to shorter titles to big AAA ones like Infinite Wealth. Yes they use the same assets again and again but I don't know it just feels new and fresh every time.
This should be good example for other devs of how to shorten development cycle and costs while still deliver great experiences for gamers.
It's too late now for this. Devs were skipping Xbox in the past for specific reasons and nowadays there are other reasons including that they (Xbox) are not even prioritizing their console and some 1P published games are releasing first on PC and later on Xbox.
I actually subscribed to the magazine for 3 months few months ago as I was trying to find ways to get away a bit from the screens and having something physical to read so I figured that would be a good way.
They had some really good features in the magazine and I'm gonna miss it.
I didn't buy it per se but I got it as a gift from a friend of mine but I didn't touch it yet. I'm still playing WuKong and Astro Bot and I don't think I'll touch Star Wars anytime soon.
Well, it's simple as that. AC is more like historic and civilizations celebration for a lot of people including myself. I really enjoyed AC Origins since I'm from Egypt but I can put myself in a Japanese gamer foot or even just a gamer who's interested in Japanese culture. The chances we see another AC soon in Japan is close to 0. So that's why it's frustrating that the one time we play AC in Japan it's not around a (Japanese) character but more about African character who lived there and have some kind of history.
I can't help but see this as just another DEI issue where it's about pushing specific colors, races or whatever instead of being really inclusive by not leaving behind others.
I didn't get it yet but I actually like it. It's not ads per se but hopefully Sony will have some guidelines to make sure it doesn't look as ugly as this Space Marine 2 example.
@Member_the_game I was skeptical too at first but after I saw a lot of people talking about the device and they've similar lifestyle like mine being a father with Full-time job and even some went and called it Dad Station . So I decided to get one and it actually helped me to squeeze more time playing like when I'm on a break or even going on vacation. It's perfect for these life scenarios.
I'm only buying games at launch when this title is a must play for me as it's one of my favorite games ever (For example: Dragon Age, Yakuza, God of War ... etc)
@Member_the_game I like your attitude and this is pretty much it. They're targeting specific audience with the PS5 Pro and the same goes for PS Portal.
I've been able to beat Chapter 4 in WuKong during the weekend and oh boy I suffered a lot this last week against Yellow Loong, Scorpion Lord, Duskveil and 100 Eyes Daoist Master but glad I've been able to beat them finally during this weekend.
I played some matches in EA FC 25 too and so far so good!

Re: Horizon's Sylens Will Be Recast Following the Passing of Lance Reddick
Really sad. Lance Reddick was so talented and loved him in a lot of different roles. He did a great job on Horizon, Destiny and Quantum Break.

Re: Video: 2025 Is Shaping Up to Be PS5's Best Year Yet
Saw the video yesterday and it reminded me of some games I'm interested in but forgot about them like Marvel 1943 and Mafia.
My most anticipated game so far next year would be Ghost of Yotei followed by Like A Dragon and ofc GTA.

Beating Dragon Age Inquisition on Nightmare difficulty and planning to get the Platinum trophy before The Veilguard release.
Re: Poll: One Year Later, How Would You Rate Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on PS5?
I loved the game but I hated how it really followed the formula of the first one especially on the first half of the story which followed the quest structure of the first game but changed the characters.
I'd say it's a 8/10 game.

That might work well if it's done right and I don't trust Ubisoft with that tbh.
