@get2sammyb There's one really ridiculous aspect of this that's being missed. Banned countries seems to include Pakistan (home to about a third of the best Tekken players in the world) and Dominican Republic (maybe the best SF player in the world, with a hugely passionate fighting game community). It's peak PS3 Sony decision making.
I was looking forward to Tokon but this shows they've no interest in the FGC, so I'm out.
@Green-Bandit I think that'd be a bad move. It honestly doesn't feel like that much of an advantage. Its like anything else - we just have to learn the specific advantages and disadvantages of each characters modern setup (eg Zangief can only do his heavy SPD, I think).
And if it wasn't this, people would be complaining about drive impact instead. Just like they did with focus attack in 4, v-system in 5, universal parries in 3, and even supers in whichever SF2 added them.
BTW, 6 feels a little more like 4 to me, so you might dig it.
@Kidfunkadelic83 gotta admit it's more frustrating to lose to modern, but for sure my losses are on me! Who are you seeing using M? Mostly Ken players for me. One Zangief too, but he was easy enough to deal with, surprisingly.
@Green-Bandit I've been playing SF for 30 years. The easier controls are fine. Sure I've lost to people using them, but that's cos they played better. I think it's not an issue for most players, just a vocal few. And it has 100% helped people into the genre, so job done.

Re: Lords of the Fallen Really Is Shaping Up to Be a Surprise PS5 Stunner
Played about half of the first one. It was decent but not exactly inspiring. Very excited to try this new one. Big improvement.
Re: Preview: Ignore the Snark, Foamstars Is Good
Good article. I had kinda written this off, but actually it does sound interesting.

@RaZieLDaNtE Yeah I use Dhalsim - a lot of differences from V, so its slow going, but I think he's gonna be a lot of fun!
