@Flaming_Kaiser TBH I think it's a fairly good idea in many ways, esp compared to the account linked codes in many game boxes now. The games cost the devs a lot to make cos of the capacity size. This reduces that & also means you do have a resale value on the physical cartridge, even if it doesn't contain the actual game. It's not perfect, but it's better than digital only & means if games out strip the 64gb max cart size or devs cheap out, you'll still be able to sell it on, unlike a card code you get now.
@Flaming_Kaiser The gamecard key/download is not tied to an account, so you can resell it. The gamecard just enables the DL & tells the console you own it to allow play.
