Hated FXIII, Loved!!! FFXIII-2, so i will play LR. I don't care for reviews by people who have no open mind, IGN clearly hate anything FF (and PS4 to that fact) so it will always get a bad review.
One of the SE team said they had to rebuild a Lot of the game because some of the original data was lost. I can't remember where i read the post but it come from an interview. So in that case they would need to redo the work their selves instead of leaving it to others
