If Gears reloaded wasn't launching on the same day I'd buy it on Xbox because I've better friends on there for parties and I'll be keeping Game Pass. When my PS plus runs out at the end of the year it won't be getting renewed so no point buying it on PS to not be able to access it.
Honestly believe every online only game should be exempt from needing a subscription to play.

Is it cross platform? It was announced as a Game Pass game at the start of the year.

Buying used games (and selling) is worse for the industry than any subscription service.

I've never played it but wouldn't it be better on a phone because then you can play it anywhere (and not tied to WiFi)?

Continually removing 1st party games from Extra and Premium is ridiculous and not consumer friendly at all. When my sub runs out at the end of this year it won't be getting renewed. Might get the odd month of essential when there's something worth playing.

I hate months that have 2 games that've both been on Game Pass for well over a year. Still to play Alone In The Dark from this month's games so at least I'm not just adding to the backlog.

Should be optional. I don't need it.

The PC only games aren't any interest to me as I don't have one. But I'll be giving South Park a go and maybe Ashen too. My son will be all over the COD games so for me it's not too bad a month. Although if my boy doesn't stick with COD I can see myself downgrading to the basic plan and occasionally upgrading for any day 1 releases that actually interest me.

When my PS Plus Extra 3 month ends it'll stay like that until there's more I want to play.
I think the way to go with all these streaming things is to dip in and out or downgrade/upgrade when there's content that you want (exactly what I currently do with netflix etc.)

Downloading rdr2 now. It'll be 1 of few games like that I won't be trying to 100%. 1 and done.

Played half these on Gamepass last year. Still to do a few older games that have been put off for a while and I might give the dark pictures game a bash to see what it's like.

As an owner of both a Series X and a PS5 I'll beta test it for y'all on Gamepass and let you know if it's worth £70.

Ooh trials of games that are available in full on Gamepass! (Except Trek to Yomi which was on there but not any longer)
