Chernobylite is a wonderful game and very accessible, so if you dislike survival mechanics, you can put them on easy mode and leave combat on normal.

Definitely worth checking out. Recommend it. Happy to see it grt a sequel.

@Mintie according to an unofficial account for TFD, they're implementing a system where if you fail to get an item after multiple attempts, the item you want should drop more frequently after a while.

So whether that means after a boss raid when using a blueprint, do you get Bunny parts guaranteed after failing to get it say 10 times? Idk. The post didn't clarify

@Mintie I do wish they'd look at the pricing of some of the heroes. Say I did 100 hours in the end and wanted to support the devs by purchasing Ult Bunny. Not for the £79.99 they want.

@crossbit I can see descendant limit becoming something I might spend money on. Say I do get to 10, I don't see myself wanting to get rid of characters having spent so much time on them.

15 hours in and I can say this game deserves at least a 7/10

@get2sammyb probably not. It just means unfortunately (for me), there'll be a ton of games I won't play as I don't like this progression model.

And it's a shame in the respect that aesthetically these games look beautiful with excellent character design.

I'd like to have more games that look like this, that aren't gacha. Gacha ruins the progression in Genshin which has put me off this game as a service model.

I cannot recommend Borderlands 3. It's writing is so terrible that the fun gunplay doesn't matter one bit. Terrible ending too.

For me it's more of a remake than remaster. It appears that MT Framework (Capcom's previous game engine that got replaced by RE Engine) doesn't support PS5 etc. Hence the overhaul in appearance on the RE engine/

Got the plat so I very much doubt I'll play again until PS5 Pro is out, or DLC comes out. Whichever is first.
