Announced for PS5 a few months back, Muramasa: Revenant Blades now has a confirmed 4th February release date.
Yes, it's yet another game coming out in the first quarter of next year, but surely you can find the time for this Vanillaware masterpiece.
To recap, this is an expanded and slightly reworked remaster of the classic action RPG, which you may remember from its PS Vita version.
Revenant Blades adds English voice over, an illustration gallery (which should be stunning given Vanillaware's trademark art style), and a character and animation viewer.

The aforementioned Vita version of Muramasa is also included, so you can skip the remaster's various gameplay adjustments if you wish.
Indeed, Revenant Blades will apparently tweak and "improve" Muramasa's fast-paced combat system, but publisher Marvelous hasn't really shared any specific details on that side of things.
The press release reads: "Variable gameplay styles and new modes give players more ways to play this classic adventure, and to appreciate the game’s magnificent art and animations from a fresh perspective."
