The open beta test for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls is coming up very soon, and it's a super generous one — but it's about to throw in a surprise bonus.
Developer Arc System Works has confirmed that Green Goblin will be playable during the test, announced with this short video on social media:
The open beta's playable character selection was previously announced to feature 15 of the full game's 20-strong roster, but it's now bumped that up to 16.

It's set to take place over the coming weekend, and features the above characters, various stages, online ranked and casual battles, a sample of the story mode, and more.
While the primary goal for most beta tests is to ensure online functionality is operating smoothly prior to launch, I think it'll be safe to treat this more as a time-limited demo. After all, the game itself launches just days after the beta ends.
