Sony provided us all with some more details about its upcoming action adventure game, Marvel's Wolverine, including the various ways you can purchase it — but fans are disappointed about a lack of Collector's Edition.
After dropping an impressive new gameplay demonstration, Sony opened up pre-orders for the PS5 exclusive superhero romp, allowing you to buy your copy early.
As we've already detailed, there are two editions of the game; standard and Digital Deluxe. However, fans want more, and have been asking Insomniac whether there will be a Collector's Edition.

The answer is quite straightforward: no, there won't be.
To several people leaving comments on the matter, Insomniac has confirmed no Collector's Edition.
These Collector's Editions typically feature large statues or other memorabilia that you can't find anywhere else. They're also usually the most expensive version of any game, and come packed with lots of physical and digital goodies.
It seems some were expecting (and willing!) to put down money on a big, pricey version of Marvel's Wolverine, but that's not happening, and fans aren't pleased about the news.
To be fair, Sony has been doing Collector's Editions for many of its big games, including Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Death Stranding 2, Ghost of Yotei, and so on, so it is a little unusual there isn't one for Wolverine.
Perhaps they're simply too costly to produce? Whatever the case, it seems you'll have to settle for the Digital Deluxe edition this time.
