Just a quick heads-up if you were looking forward to the licensed fighting game Avatar Legends, which has quite a bit of buzz behind it: the game has been delayed, from 2nd July to 23rd July on the PS5.
Dev Gameplay Group said it’s “taking a little extra time to cook up an exceptional Avatar adventure, including brand new content previously unplanned”. Interesting.
The good news is that a cross-play beta will take place beginning 2nd July through 5th July, and it’ll be available to anyone who pre-orders the game. So you’ll be able to get your fix of the fighter all the same.
As alluded to above, this release has been getting rave reviews from fighting game pros, and will cost just $30 at launch, which is a bargain in this economy. Are you planning to check it out?
